Send us your enquiry at Contact Us form. We will send a quotation that you can accept and sign. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date. The remaining 50% is due one week before your wedding date, followed by 30% is due 1 day after your wedding commences.

We try our best to make sure every couple gets a portraiture shoot during the wedding day! The shoot has to be done within the hours coverage and at the same wedding venue. However, we do offer up to 10% discount for a portraiture session (different day) when you book Wedding Film & Stills package.

There will be no postponement fee required and subject to our availability. Should the couple choose a date which Jubsi & The Company is unavailable, there will strictly be no refunds of any billings that have been made.

Our standard package coverage is up to 5 hours and comes with 3 videographers and 2 photographers for Wedding Film & Stills respectively. As weddings are filled with emotional and fleeting moments that happen spontaneously, having multiple photographers will allow us to document both big and small moments simultaneously. However, for small ceremonies, we can exclude 1 videographer from the package.

A wedding film requires us to put in a lot of time to tell your wedding story perfectly. We generally deliver your wedding film 2-3 months after your wedding. Opting for a Same Day Edit service can be beneficial if you want to share a beautifully edited video with your guests during the reception or shortly after the wedding day.

Not by default. The morning preparations, first look, cake-cutting, and party dancing are filmed subjectively for creativity, not for entire coverage. However, feel free to add on “RAW footage / images” into your package. We’ll give you a hard drive full of all of the footage / images we captured on your wedding day. Unedited.
